hi!  i'm corey, and i'm an audio person and game developer currently based in Brooklyn.  thanks for checking out this prototype

for the last few years i've been primarily a sound designer working for small-ish indie games.  i also teach classes on audio for games, and the design and development of music games (like Rez or Rock Band).  this humble project actually has it's start in a short javascript game i made during my mfa, and the "snake sequencer" is a direct copy that earlier project.  

for a long time i imagined mapping musical systems onto games - using game-like systems to make complex music that you wouldn't normally think of with traditional instruments or current hardware.  i've also been getting into boutique synthesizers, ecology, and playful music making, and figured i'd combine them together.

my plan is to keep this going with weekly builds, every Saturday - some weeks will be a leap forward, others will be a baby step.   i'll also post an archive of all builds.
